This place will not give you a quote on how much a service is without the VIN of your car. That's the craziest thing I've ever heard! If you do not have that info on you at the time, but need an oil change (for example), they will not give you the price of an oil change bcuz it's "VIN specific". It sounds like they charge per car, not for the service. Ummm... that doesn't sound like a money grab at all.

I own 2 Toyota’s. A 2019 4Runner and 2024 Tundra crew max sr5 premium. We have both serviced here and the service is always above and beyond. Reid Millikan is great. I am a shop foreman at another dealership and have been in the automotive service industry for more than 25 years so I completely understand proper repair and more importantly I understand customer service and how important it is. The service team at Jim Ellis just get it right. I highly recommend them for Toyota service and repair.
