Bought my 2024 Camry in February from Toyota of McDonough Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. Leon Poole was great! I was glad to find out it included 1 complementary oil change and 3 complementary tire rotations. However was disappointed it did not include balancing with the rotations. The idea is to rotate for even treadwear and smooth ride as well. Why not include balancing with complementary tire rotations to ensure even treadwear and a smooth ride as well considering it's 5000 miles between rotations, and to ensure customer satisfaction as well. Car experiences can be difficult but my experience with Jim Ellis Toyota was quite the opposite. 1) I was able to get a fair trade on line supplying vin and pics 2) their used car selection was detailed like new cars 3) Calvin Brown my Sales Rep was extremely helpful and never pushy 4) sales Manager and Finance Manger helped complete the process Worth the 2 hour drive it absolutely was for me. During our conversation, I was told they would perform a diagnostic, and if the issue turned out to be the EGR valve assembly, the repair would be approximately $1,200 total, including the diagnostic fee, part, and labor.
